Lots of work here. But dig this: In April, I had 10k views, 6k reads and $600 earnings. I got no bonus. In May, I had 9k views, 5.3k reads, and made just over $300. I got the $500 bonus. Draw your own inference. People who had almost no engagement in April got the bonus. I think it's a lot more subjective than you think.
