As if we don’t read, see, and hear enough about Donald Trump in the media, I’ve been noticing of late that stories concerning how his wife Melania is reacting to all the hoopla surrounding her beloved husband are becoming ubiquitous as well. I have to wonder to myself “Does anybody care about Melania’s take on all this?” And the answer is obviously yes, or the media wouldn’t run these features.

I get that Melania is the ultimate success story. Not that she’s accomplished anything of substance. It’s that she hit the lottery the day she met Donald Trump. “A billionaire American playboy with a smooth line who wants to marry me? Sign me up,” would pretty much sum up her rise to fame and fortune.

Melania came to the United States in the mid-90’s with a visa to legally enter the country. Exactly what type of visa it was remains hazy as her own testimony is conflicting — as are the dates she first entered the country. The cloudiness behind the issue comes from the possibility that Melania worked in the USA as a model when she didn’t have the proper visa that would allow her to do this work.
