Breast reduction leaves really nasty scarring. And as you say, you could lose all sensitivity in your nipples. Unless you suffer back pain (which you don't), I can't see an overall benefit to having that reduction. Judging by the photo, you're much more blessed than cursed. Enjoy your gifts.
