Also...when I was locked up at MCC, I read (or began reading) Gary's biography. But I couldn't finish it. His life story wasn't all that entertaining. I moved on to Anna Karenina. My reading list from prison would make you think I'm a true intellectual. But really, I was just bored to death with the company. And while MCC was a shithole for sure, the library did have some decent reading.
