Accurate reporting here. I was actually Epstein's chief suicide watcher (I ran the inmate companion program for the department) and was just about his best friend the last month of his life. He definitely killed himself.

Fun fact you wouldn't know unless you ran the program for the prison: The head shrink was on a cruise in Alaska when he killed himself. Ms. Miller was NOT happy when she got back. Had she not been on vacation, the warden might have given Epstein a new bunky. The at-the-time warden was actually a decent man albeit not-ready-for-prime-time.
