A kindred spirit. I was thinking "this woman writes really well." And then I got to the part when you reveal your profession (teacher at a university). I fire off narratives 3 or 4 a day here with a similar frame of mind to yours. We won't make a lot of money on Medium. But we might find a few people to whom we can relate. I just found one.
